Where is Kikin located?

Kikin is headquartered in Bandung, Indonesia. All orders for U.S. and Canadian customers are processed and shipped from our international fulfillment center in Indonesia using trusted couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

What about customs duties, taxes, and import fees for international orders?

Import, taxes, and customs handling fees are determined by the authorities in the destination country (USA & Canada) and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. For all orders shipped from Indonesia, these charges are not collected or prepaid by Kikin at checkout. You will be contacted by the courier (FedEx/DHL) to settle any applicable fees upon arrival. Kikin provides all necessary export documentation to ensure a smooth customs clearance process.

What countries do you ship to?

We primarily serve the United States and Canada. By focusing on these markets, we ensure that every espresso machine and grinder shipped from our Bandung center is 110V-120V compliant with North American electrical standards. This specialization allows us to provide technical safety and subsidized shipping rates for our customers.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in new condition.
For defective or incorrect items, Kikin will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Are your products covered by warranty?

Yes. All products sold by Kikin include the official manufacturer’s warranty.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours as long as the product has not been shipped.
Please email sales@ki-kin.com immediately with your order number. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
