All orders are processed and shipped from our main facility in Bandung, Indonesia.

Shipping Schedule & Estimated Delivery Times

To ensure fast and reliable service, we process all orders on business days.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 11:00 AM (GMT+7 – Western Indonesia Time)

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Estimated Transit Time (International): 7–10 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8–12 business days. (Total delivery time includes 1–2 business days for order handling and processing before shipment).

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, customs clearance, and product availability.

For customers in Indonesia:

  • Estimated Delivery Time (Domestic): 2–5 business days depending on your location

We offer clear and consistent shipping policies for both international and domestic customers:

International Orders

  • Flat Shipping Rate: USD 90.00

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied for orders over USD 500.00

Domestic Orders (Indonesia)

  • Free Shipping: We offer 100% free standard shipping to all regions in Indonesia — including remote areas

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days

  • Couriers Used: JNE, J&T Express, SiCepat, and other reliable domestic partners

Depending on your destination, local postal services may be used for final delivery based on logistics and customs processing in your country.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment via the courier’s official website.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Handling Fees (International Only)

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or courier handling fees.

  • These charges are not included in your product price or shipping fee.

  • They are determined by your local customs authority and are the full responsibility of the buyer.

  • Kikin cannot estimate or influence these charges.

  • We strongly recommend contacting your country’s customs office before placing an order to avoid unexpected costs.


Local Pickup (Indonesia Only)

Customers in Indonesia may choose “Local Pickup” during checkout.

  • You will receive a notification once your item is ready.

  • Detailed pickup instructions and address will be provided in your confirmation email.


Delivery Issues: Delayed, Lost, or Incorrect Address

We’re here to assist if you experience any delivery issues.

Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

If your shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, or failure to claim it:

  • We will notify you via email.

  • A reshipping fee of USD 90.00 will be required to resend your package.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost:

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected]

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged)

We’ll coordinate with the courier and resolve the issue with either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


Order Cancellations

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately before the item is shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
