At Kikin, we are proud to offer international shipping to our customers in the United States and Canada. Our goal is to offer fast, reliable, and transparent delivery for our North American customers.

1. Where We Ship

We primarily serve customers in the United States and Canada. By focusing on these regions, we ensure that every espresso machine and grinder shipped from our Bandung center is 110V-120V compliant with North American electrical standards.

2. Shipping Schedule & Estimated Delivery Times

To ensure your coffee equipment arrives safely, we follow a strict processing and shipping schedule:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 11:00 AM (GMT+7), Monday – Friday.
  • Order Processing Time (Handling): 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Transit Time: 7 – 14 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 – 16 Business Days.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on courier delays and customs clearance procedures.

3. Shipping Costs

We strive to make our pricing transparent regarding international logistics.

  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders over USD 500.00.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: USD 90.00 for orders under USD 500.00.

Note: Shipping fees do not include customs duties or import taxes.

4. Couriers Used

We partner with world-class, reliable couriers to ensure your premium equipment is handled with care: DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the courier’s website.

6. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees are determined by the authorities in the destination country (USA & Canada) and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not collected or prepaid by Kikin at checkout. You will be contacted by the courier (FedEx/DHL) to settle any applicable fees upon arrival. Kikin provides all necessary export documentation from Indonesia to ensure a smooth delivery process.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and will typically be billed separately by the courier upon delivery.

7. Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged during transit, or significantly delayed, please contact us immediately at sales@ki-kin.com. We will work closely with the courier to resolve the issue for you.

8. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • Return Window: You may return items within 30 days of receipt.
  • Refund Type: We offer a Full Refund for eligible returns.
  • Return Method: Returns must be sent back via mail/courier.
  • The customer is responsible: for return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrect items where Kikin provides full coverage as part of our Safe Arrival Guarantee.
