At Kikin, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy ensures a transparent experience for our customers in the United States and Canada. As a specialist in 110V-120V espresso equipment, we ship directly from our fulfillment center in Bandung, Indonesia.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return request through our support team.
2. Eligibility and Condition
  • Condition: The item must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and free gifts.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the order number or invoice.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Incorrect Items: Kikin covers 100% of return shipping costs for errors or damaged goods.

Customer Preference: For other reasons, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to our facility in Bandung, Indonesia.
International Return Notice: All items are shipped from our headquarters in Bandung, Indonesia. For change-of-mind returns, you must ship the item back to Indonesia at your own expense. We strongly recommend using trackable services like DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
4. Refund Process
  • Inspection: Returns are inspected within 5 business days of receipt at our Bandung facility.
  • Approval: Approved returns receive a Full Refund to the original payment method.
  • Timeline: Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5-7 business days.
7. Restocking Fees and Partial Refunds
  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned in their original, unused condition within the 30-day window.
  • Partial Refunds: For damaged or incomplete goods, the deduction is categorized as a Partial Refund for loss of value, not a Restocking Fee. This may be up to 20% depending on the item’s condition.
