Return & Refund Policy
At Kikin, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. We accept returns and process refunds under the conditions outlined below, with the goal of making the process clear and fair for all customers — both locally and internationally.
This return policy applies to customers from the following countries:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, New Zealand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Israel, Philippines, and Indonesia.
If you are located in Indonesia, you may return your item by shipping it to our warehouse in Bandung. We will provide the return address after your return request is approved.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:
New or Unused Condition: Items must be in their original, sellable condition. Products that have been used, show signs of wear, or have been altered may not be accepted.
Original Packaging: All items must be returned with their original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and any free items included.
Good Condition: The product must not show damage or excessive handling beyond initial inspection.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We are unable to accept returns on the following:
Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories
Custom or special-order products
Return Window
You must initiate a return request within 60 calendar days from the purchase date listed on your invoice.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 60 days of your purchase. Include your order number and reason for return.
Receive Instructions: If your request is approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions and the return address.
Prepare Your Package: Repackage the item securely in its original packaging with all included accessories.
Ship Your Return:
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will provide a pre-paid return label.
For all other return reasons (e.g., change of mind), you may:
Use your own courier, or
Request a downloadable PDF return label from Kikin (we’ll deduct the cost from your refund).
Note: All returns must use a trackable shipping method, and we strongly recommend insuring the package.
Important: Do not return any items before receiving authorization and instructions from our team.
Return Label Policy
Return label fees typically range from USD 15–40, depending on your country.
We will inform you of the exact amount before issuing the return label.
The label is provided in downloadable PDF format for printing and use.
For Customers in Indonesia
Return shipping must be arranged using a trackable local courier (e.g., JNE, J&T, SiCepat).
Return labels are not provided for domestic returns unless the return is due to a confirmed Kikin error.
Return Shipping & Fees
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
Kikin Responsibility: For returns due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective items), we’ll cover the return shipping.
Customer Responsibility: For all other reasons, customers must cover the return shipping costs.
Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is caused by our confirmed error.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund for non-defective returns to help cover inspection and handling costs.
Reshipping Fee
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or customer refusal, a reshipping fee of USD 90.00 will apply.
International Returns: Duties & Taxes
If you’re returning items from outside Indonesia:
Clearly mark the shipment as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
Any duties, taxes, or import fees charged to Kikin will be deducted from your refund.
You are responsible for completing all customs declarations accurately.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns:
The item must be new and unused, with original packaging.
Exchanges must be requested within 60 days.
If approved, any price difference will be adjusted. Shipping fees for the new item apply as stated in our Delivery Information.
Refund Process & Timeline
Inspection Time: Once your return arrives, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card).
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval.
Time to Receive Funds: Depending on your provider, it may take 1–2 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours as long as the item has not yet been shipped.

Manufacturer Warranty
All products purchased from Kikin are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Terms may vary by brand.
