Kikin is a registered trade name and an export-oriented enterprise established in Bandung, Indonesia, specializing in premium coffee equipment for the international market.

This website is owned and operated by Kikin. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to Kikin. By using our website, you confirm that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Pricing, Shipping, and Fees

Kikin specializes in supplying equipment tailored for specific regional power standards.

  • North American Market: All espresso machines and grinders intended for the USA and Canadian markets are supplied in native 110V-120V / 60Hz configurations.
  • Buyer Responsibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure their local electrical infrastructure is compatible with the purchased equipment. Kikin is not liable for damages caused by improper electrical connection or the use of unauthorized voltage converters.
3. Pricing, Shipping, and Fees
  • Currency: All prices on Ki-kin.com are listed and processed in United States Dollar (USD).
  • Customs & Duties: Customers are the importers of record. You are responsible for any local taxes, import duties, or customs fees applicable to your destination country (USA/Canada).
  • Reshipping Fee: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or customer refusal, a reshipping fee of USD 90.00 will apply.
4. Ordering and Payment Security

We offer secure payment methods for our international customers:

PayPal: Secure checkout via your PayPal account. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia.
