Please Read Before Purchasing: Bezzera has updated their Matrix espresso machines with a 20 amp power cord. We are including an adapter for you to use if you only have a 15 amp outlet available. If you are connecting your machine to a 15 amp outlet, you must NOT use the option for both boilers to heat at the same time. During bench testing, we have set your machine to be “Coffee” Boiler priority. We strongly recommend that you do not change this setting.
